These terms and conditions supplement a web services agreement that is signed before we provide services.
Text - Copy Writing
By purchasing a web site from Wild Orchid Webmasters (WOW) you agree that all of the copy writing done specifically for your web site is owned by you and you may use it, including any titles and taglines as a part of your business. WOW reserves the right to reproduce the copy only for illustration purposes and also reserves the right to any phrase that we specifically have created that we feel mey be used again as a part of a new language of terms relating to web sites. We will give you specific notice on what phrases may qualify for this purpose.

Images and Text Provided by You
You agree that WOW will be held harmless and not liable for any photos ot text that you provide us for your web site that are copyrighted. We will not publish any copyrighted images and if we are advised that images are not copyrighted then you agree that you will be solely responsible for all damages resulting from the copyright infringement and to all attorney fees and judgements against WOW a a result of your misrepresentation.
Images provided by WOW - We exclusively use IStockphoto.com for royalty free images and will ask you to set up an account with IStockphoto.com so that the content agreement on the iStock web site will be between you and them regarding the images used on your web site. You agree to hold harmless WOW for any damages resulting from a breach of your agreement with ISTOCKPhoto.
YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THIS AGREEMENT, UNDERSTAND IT, AND HAD AN OPPORTUNITY TO SEEK INDEPENDENT LEGAL ADVICE PRIOR TO AGREEING TO IT.
